The English Pétanque Association is excited to announce the release of its new online membership system.

We have engaged with IMG Sports Technology group to provide a secure, and effective online solution to help members manage their own contact information, and make convenient online membership payments.

IMG Sports Technology Group (STG) is the information technology division of International Management Group of America (IMG). IMG is the world's premier and most diversified sports, entertainment and media company.

IMG STG provides technology solutions that incorporate online membership management, event registration and auctions to organisations, sporting groups and events.

The EPA sought an online database solution for a number of reasons.

1.  To provide a better service to the players by providing online payments.

2. To improve reporting and member data management internally and for our regions and clubs.

3. To negate the need for duplicate entry of member’s information, ie. at the Club, Region and then the Association.

4. To improve information flow between the Individuals, Clubs Regions and the Association for insurance and reconciliation purposes.

We propose to be live in February, and each member will receive their unique username and password by email (if we have emails on file), or by mail otherwise.

We strongly encourage you to make your 2011 membership payments online.

All your information will be safely stored and  SSL encrypted, meaning you can feels safe entering your details in our new system.
